What was the job?
A home in West Ealing had worn floorboards which required sanding and some repairs to get them looking tip top.Challenges
Before we could begin sanding, we had to fix the damage to a few floorboards. Large gaps had also formed in places which had to be fixed. Areas: Ground floor entrance hallway- 3.7 m2 (Pine floorboards – 12 cm) Front room- 9.9 m2 Back room: 13.8 m2 First floor front bedroom: 13.8 m2 Back bedroom: 8.6 m2Time taken:
