We had to replace some floorboards before sanding work could begin. Loose floorboards compromise the quality of our work and mean services would be required again sooner.How the floor looked before we started work
What we did
After relaying floorboards, we were able to begin the three stage sanding process. We used a cosmetic gap fill using a resin and slivers mix. With the surface clear after buffing and vacuuming, we applied four layers of clear lacquer.During the floor restoration
