What was the job?
We journeyed to Fulham to attend to a home’s floors, which had succumbed to minor damages over the years.
Challenges
Part of the job required work in the bathroom but we could fit the sanding machines underneath the bath. We did not neglect the area entirely but could only buff and lacquer. Areas: Lounge- 15 m2 Bedroom- 14 m2 Kitchen- 6 m2 Bathroom- 7.5 m2How the floor looked before we started work
What we did
As there were no severely damaged patches in the floor, we were able to begin the sanding process without obstacles. There were several rooms to work in so the job was still quite time consuming. Four coats of clear lacquer were added to all of the floors in order to preserve our work.During the floor restoration
The results
We successfully worked around fixtures and fittings and the floor could pass as new. Without stain, there is a natural look to the floor as the boards are not all the same colour.After we finished the job
