Wooden Floors Alligator Man Needs Sponsor
The house in Pennsylvania in the United States that is owned by John Bokyo made news last week after it was revealed that it was kept for the sole purpose of housing Bokyo’s no less than eleven pet alligators. Unfortunately, the alligators, which lounge around in black ponds on top of hardwood floors – ones that have presumably never undergone any kind of floorboard sanding – have become victims after a gang of youths broke into the home and stoned the animals. The alligators are going to need to be taken by medivac from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to find a vet capable of giving them the medical help they required.
Now Bokyo is appealing for a corporate sponsor to come forward and help with the cost of the medivac, which costs around $4000, a donation that Bokyo says would be tax deductible. Bokyo says that the sponsor will also end up getting national coverage if they step forward and help. “I’m going to push for CNN and everything, because who the heck has ever medivaced alligators?” he notes. He confesses that his ultimate dream is to end up on a reality TV show such as ‘Extreme Home Makeover Alligator-Style’.
Until a sponsor steps forward, however, the alligators will just have to remain in the Pennsylvania house, complete with its now thoroughly beaten and abused wooden floors. “The house was a foreclosed home, and the floors were really beat up, so I didn’t feel too bad about letting the gators beat up the floors,” he admits.
